Taxing the tax cuts. The GOP thought of everything.

The modest 'economic stimulus' payment we received last year from the Bush Administration? My husband is preparing our taxes -- we just noticed that the government is taxing it. We burst out laughing.

Brilliant. Return some of our tax money, supposedly to 'stimulate the economy;' then take it right back the following year as taxes.

Taxing the tax cut. They really have this game rigged.

And I'm sure the GOP assumed it would take us awhile to notice... it wouldn't become apparent until well after the general election.
